(RFB PW 57-16) BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On August 2, 2016 the Board approved award to CW Roberts Contracting, Inc. to provide asphalt materials. This is an as-needed, unit price based contract and there are no guaranteed quantities to be purchased. The contract is complete and is ready for the Chairman’s signature. Staff requests approval of the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. and requests authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract with CW Roberts Contracting, Inc. to provide asphalt materials and associated supplies and authorize the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with CW Roberts Contracting, Inc. to provide asphalt materials and associated supplies and authorize the Chairman to sign the document.
