BACKGROUND: The existing Public Records Request Policy was discussed at the Board meeting on April 7, 2015. At that time, staff was directed to clarify existing section 4.8 of the policy. Other minor modifications have been made to the policy for clarification. OPTIONS: Approve/Modify/Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend approval of the Public Records Request Policy.
