Zan,
Fleetco has done a thorough job of finding damages that could not be seen before the vehicles were disassembled. If
putting these trolleys back in safe and dependable operation remains our goal these once hidden damages must be
addressed.

Mr. Briscione,
To start the conversation, could you please provide an estimate of the total cost of rehabilitating both trolleys.
We understand that some of the damage would not have been apparent during the pre-bid inspection,
however, we use grant funds for work such as this, and the funds are not unlimited. We will have to develop
some form of prioritization based on safety. As|am not a vehicle expert, | will really heavily on your expertise
and Mr. Vaughn’s expertise and guidance.
So, to begin the conversation, could you please provide a revised total cost estimate.
Thanks you very much,
Elliot

Please we need to have some discussion on how to handle this hidden damage. In removing
the roof we found the plywood under the roof skin rotted. Also some pictures of the
understructure previously reported.
I'm sure the roof on #100 is the same as the leaks on it were worse.
