Public Content A Public Hearing will be held to receive public input on the proposed revisions to School Board Policy 04-03 Admission of Out-of-County Students. The revisions to the policy will update the admission of out-of-county students to attend school in Okaloosa County, in order to comply with the provisions of §1002.31, Florida Statutes, requiring the School District to implement a Controlled Open Enrollment Plan. Meeting :  Dec 8, 2016 - Workshop Meeting Type : Action (Consent) Recommended Action : Motion to approve the Employee Assistance Program Services Contract between the School Board of Okaloosa County and Pattison Professional Counseling Center in the amount of $3000 per year, effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. Public Content The Employee Assistance Program Services Contract with Pattison Professional Counseling Center makes four (4) visits with an EAP counselor available to eligible School District employees or their immediate family members at no cost to the employee. The provider will match a counselor with the appropriate expertise for the services needed by the individual client(s) and provide appropriate referral and follow-up services for EAP clients who require in-patient services or other services not offered by the provider. The term of this contract will be January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
