Okaloosa County BOCC — May 5, 2015 — Resolution Amending Bond Resolution Water and Sewer Building

RESOLUTION 2015-____ A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS RESOLUTION NO. 15-99; AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM “SYSTEM”, TO EXCLUDE THE WATER AND SEWER BUILDING LOCATED IN FORT WALTON BEACH FROM ITS TERMS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida (the “County”) has previously adopted its Resolution No. 15-99 (the “Original Resolution”) providing for the issuance from time to time of water and sewer revenue bonds (“Bonds”) secured by net revenues of the County’s water and sewer system (the “System”); and WHEREAS, the County has authorized but not yet issued Bonds pursuant to said Original Resolution; and WHEREAS, the County desires to amend said Original Resolution before the issuance of any Bonds thereunder to provide that the existing County “Water and Sewer Building” shall not be deemed part of the System for purposes of the Original Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows: SECTION 1. Resolution 2015-99 is hereby amended to provide that the existing “County Water and Sewer Building” shall not be considered part of the System for purposes of the Original Resolution. SECTION 2. Except as amended hereby, the Original Resolution shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 2015.
