The contract expired on July 1, 2016. BACKGROUND: On March 18, 2016 contract #C16-2385-FM was awarded to Property Renovations & Construction, LLC. The contract amount was $53,777. The completion date was May 24, 2016, the site has been cleaned up and project completed. Contractor is now requesting payment for contracted amount. OPTIONS: Approve/disapprove the final payment to Property Renovations & Construction, LLC for services performed under Contract #C16-2385-FM for roof replacement. RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the final payment in the amount of $53,777 for Invoice #93387. Payment to be made to Property Renovations & Construction, LLC in accordance with Contract #C16-2385-FM and with payment the contract will be closed. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
