STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request Board approval of the contract renewal with Public
Financial Management. (C03-0786-AP)(District: 2)
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Public Financial Management provides services related to
developing a financial plan for the Airport’s development program. These services include, but
are not limited to, review of the capital requirements, evaluation of resources, understanding of
projects development program, and analysis of funding options. This contract will expire on
September 30, 2015 however; staff and Public Financial Management have expressed a desire to
renew the contract. Staff requests Board approval of the contract renewal and authorization for
the Chairman to sign the renewal form.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract renewal with Public Financial Management to provide
financial advisory services to the Airports and authorization for the Chairman to sign the renewal
form.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract renewal with Public
Financial Management to provide financial advisory services to the Airports and authorization
for the Chairman to sign the renewal form.
