The activities that are included are described in "Scope of Services." SCOPE OF SERVICES The CONTRACTOR (World Fiber Technologies, Inc.) agrees to perform the technical and construction related services in accordance with contract C 10­ 1838-IS dated November 17 th , 2010 as requested and directed by the OWNER. 1. Furnish and installl 2" conduit system from PB9242 to PB 1856 by HDD on McWhorter st. 2. Install OWNER provided pull box. 3. Install 2 concrete collars. Installation of concrete collars will be billed at the rate of 3 conduit/fiber repair crew hours each. 4. Install OWNER provided 48 count SM Corning FOC from PB9242 to PB 1660. 5. Provide and/or buj,/d out necessary splice enclosures and fusion splice according to OWNER provided splice diagrams.
