The Five-Year Plan reflects the estimated new revenue and corresponding new project appropriations. Also, the Plan reflects the carryover funds from fiscal year 2023-2024 and the corresponding existing appropriation for those funds. A public hearing will be held on July 29, 2024, to receive input from the public regarding the Capital Outlay Five-Year Work Plan.
