DATE: March 24, 2014 SUBJECT: Willow Creek Phase 2A Subdivision The above project was inspected for compliance with approved plans. DATE OF INSPECTION: March 11, 2014 INSPECTORS: Jerome Gibson, Project Inspector Tim Stanley, North Road Maintenance Supervisor Clay Simmons, Road Division Manager The following deficiencies were noted: L. /ig Silt fence shall be installed around the stockpile of material located at the southwest corner of East Dogwood Drive and Marigold Loop intersection. All eroded and disturbed areas shall be sodded and/or stabilized. The side slopes of the retention basins shall be sodded (to toe of slope). Replace missing stop sign at the intersection of East Dogwood Drive and Marigold Loop. Repair all damaged exfiltration pipes (including clean-out stubs) in retention basins. Remove all sediments from retention areas and verify if the bottom elevations are as specified in the plans. Replace the damaged perimeter fence and gates on retention basin A, D, and C. Retention basin A, D, and C do not appear to be functioning properly. From 3/1/14 to 3/11/14 the storage volume has not recovered while other basins appear to have drawn down properly; corrective action shall be taken. Remove silt fence from the cul-de-sac on Periwinkle Court. Regrade existing swales to match existing inlets. Seed or sod after work is completed. The ditch on the north side of Marigold Loop at the intersection of East Dogwood Drive shall be reshaped sodded, and/or stabilized per approved plans.
