The covenants of this agreement are as follows: The Event Sponsor agrees to provide Media Room sponsorship (details below) for the 2015 Emerald Coast Classic basketball tournament, henceforth known as "Event." The Sponsorship Sponsor agrees to provide Company with $3,500.00 for Event. Additionally, Sponsor will provide all Sponsor-branded marketing materials for purpose of Media Room branding. Sponsor staff will prepare Media Room prior to start of Tournament at an agreed upon time. Credit In exchange for this sponsorship, Company agrees to:  provide access to Media Room for Sponsor to place branding/marketing materials to extent Sponsor desires (in conjunction with and on approval of Arena staff) and Media Room Interview Backdrop with Sponsor logos  provide one (1) 30 second television spot on CBS Sports Network during a nationally televised game (creative to be provided by Sponsor)  display Sponsor-branded banner in Arena during Event activities  display Sponsor logo on Sponsor page of Event website with year-round link to Sponsor website  display Sponsor logo in Event program  provide a total of eight (8) in-game mentions by Event Announcer (approximately two per session)  provide six (6) Premium VIP Event ticket packages (six Premium tickets for each session and six VIP lanyards) Delivery Sponsor agrees that the item(s) listed above will be delivered to Company no later than November 25, 2015, via personal delivery by Event representative. Relationship This agreement represents the only relationship between Company and Sponsor. No other relationship between the two entities exists, implied or otherwise.
