AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO CONTRACT (C14-2091-PW) BETWEEN
ANDERSON COLUMBIA CO. INC. AND OKALOOSA COUNTY
‘This AMENDMENT made and entered into this __ day of ,2015, amends
the Contract C14-2091-PW, dated October 2, 2013, by and between Okaloosa County, Florida, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida ( the “County”) and Anderson Columbia Co. Inc.(the
“Contractor”)
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on October 2,2013,the County and Contractor entered into a Contract (C14-2091-
PW), which authorizes Contractor to provide limerock, limestone and asphalt millings as
required by the County; and
WHERES, the parties wish to amend the Contract to include lowered price for asphalt millings
delivered to Baker Pit located on Keyser Mill Road only. The adjusted delivered price is $15.00
per ton. This price change shall stay in effect thru September 30, 2015.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and other good
and valuable consideration, the County and Contractor enter into this Amendment to Contract.
Section 1. The Contract shall be amended to include new delivered millings price of $15.00 per
ton to Baker Pit on Keyser Mill Road only. Price change shall stay in effect thru September 30,
2015.
Section2. All other provisions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to be executed on the
day and year hereinabove written.
