Committee and Staff Reports (Workshop Only) Subject : 6.8 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC)- ASPIRE (After School Program in Reaching Excellence End of Year Evaluation for the 2015-2016 School Year, presented by Dr. Sandy Arteaga, Title I/Title X Specialist Meeting : Oct 24, 2016 - Regular Meeting Type : Information Public Content This is an end of year evaluation completed by an independent evaluator for the OCSD A.S.P.I.R.E. Program (After School Program in Reaching Excellence) for the 2015-2016 school year. The 2015-2016 school year was the first year of the grant, which is a five year grant. The A.S.P.I.R.E. Program is at Baker School, Edwins Elementary, Elliott Point Elementary, and Wright Elementary. The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) is a federal grant that was awarded to the OCSD totaling approximately 2 million dollars to serve schools with high numbers of at-risk students.
