BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Court Administration requests Board consideration for payment of quarterly invoices for services provided by the Office of the State Attorney for the total amount of $2,646.00. These charges are incurred based on the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Office of the State Attorney, First Judicial Court and Office of Court Administrator, First Judicial Court. These invoices were overlooked during a staff transition. Subsequent invoices have been paid by proper payment methods. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny payment of invoices for services provided by the State Attorney for the total amount of $2,646. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends payment of invoices for services provided by the State Attorney for the total amount of $2,646. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
