BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: January 5, 2016 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Jeff Littrell SUBJECT: Final Payment for Contract C12-1994-PUR, Aramark Uniform Services DEPARTMENT: Water and Sewer BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Water & Sewer Department requests that the BCC approve final payment in the amount of $31.52 to Aramark Uniform Services in fulfillment of Contract C12-1994-PUR, Aramark Uniform Services . BACKGROUND: On October 1, 2012, Okaloosa County entered into Contract C12-1994-PUR with Aramark Uniform Services to provide uniforms for the Water & Sewer Department. The contract expired on 9/30/2015 and was not renewed. A final invoice (# 001294171853) dated 09/29/2015 in the amount of $31.52 has been submitted for payment, this being the final invoice submitted by Aramark for the contract period. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION: The Water & Sewer Department requests that the BCC approve final payment to Aramark Uniform Services in the amount of $31.52 RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
