This AMENDMENT ONE is entered into effective this é M' day of %)f , 2014, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a ) i political sulfilfiision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and CROWNE ATION SERVICES LLC., (hereinafier referred to as “PARTY OF THE SECOND PART™). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART entered into the original contract dated September 17, 2013 with a current expiration date of September 30, 2016. WHEREAS, this Amendment One shall be subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements to be kept, performed and observed by PARTY OF THE SECOND PART as stipulated in the original contract agreement not otherwise amended in this amendment, WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, each in consideration of the agreements to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound do hereby agree to the following sections being added to the contract: SECTION 1: PARTY OF THE SECOND PART has requested to lease counter space. PARTY OF THE SECOND PART shall pay in advance the fee established which will be billed annually, in advance, and is payable to the Airports Director, Okaloosa County Airports, 1701 Highway 85 North, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, 32542-1498. The counter space includes FIFTEEN POINT THIRTY FIVE (15.35) square feet at TWENTY NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY ONE CENTS ($29.51) per square foot per year for a total annual cost of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY TWO DOLLARS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTS (8452.98) plus tax. If PARTY OF THE SECOND PART fails to pay within THIRTY (30) days of date of billing of invoices by COUNTY, PARTY OF THE SECOND PART shall then pay interest to the COUNTY at the maximum legal allowable rate authorized by the State of Florida. "SECTION 2. It is understood and agreed that COUNTY may, in connection with future development of said AIRPORT, require the space hereinabove for future development. In such case, COUNTY shall give written notice to PARTY OF THE SECOND PART. After thirty (30) days from said written notice, COUNTY shall have the right at COUNTY’s expense, to move PARTY OF THE SECOND PART to another location of the Airport. SECTION 3: This amendment consists of the following: Sections 1 to 3.
