Okaloosa County BOCC — January 19, 2016 — AMENDMENT TWO

Amendment No. 2 PANHANDLE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY CONTRACT C04-1113-PS THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to the Contract C04-1113-PS, entered into by Okaloosa County, hereinafter the “County”, and Panhandle Animal Welfare Society, hereinafter P.A.W.S., for animal control services, is hereby amended as follows: 1. TERM: The term of the Contract is hereby extended, and shall commence on January 1, 2016 and run through January 31, 2016, and renew on a month-to-month basis until such time as the County enters into a new contract for animal control services. Notification of the desire to extend or discontinue the contract shall be provided by County staff to P.A.W.S. at least seven (7) business days before the end of the month. 2. CONTRACT AMOUNT: For services provided, the County shall pay to P.A.W.S., the sum 0f $39,998.33, per month, upon an appropriate invoice. 3.
