Yes, we were working on the agenda request yesterday and realized we didn't have a recommendation from Don, as the Director, so we emailed Don yesterday for confirmation. Also, we didn't have an "original" proposal from Mr. Turner, so I've left message requesting one. Also, Zan and I were looking at the pricing for all five bids and wondered if it would be best to only enter into contract with the three lowest bidders because there is a big jump in unit prices from the first ($40 per hour) to the fifth ($80 per hour) bidders. What's your thoughts and Don's?
