Re: Request for Task Order
General Services Contract C04-1104-AP2s84—
General Business Service Assignments
Dear Mr. Stenson:
This letter shall serve as Airport Management Resources, Inc.'s ("AMRI") proposal and request for
a task order authorization under AMRI's General Services Contract with Okaloosa County
("County") to cover the performance of general service tasks assigned by the Airports Director from
time to time to assist and supplement Airport's staff efforts on various business-related tasks which
ate undertaken during any fiscal year for airports within the County's Airport System. These tasks
are the types of assignments which individually do not involve a significant and material amount
of personnel effort on our part and, therefore, do not lend themselves to authorization under a
specified task order authorization. Our proposal and request for a task order is organized as follows:
- Background
- Scope of Work
- Schedule
~ Personnel
- Budget
BACKGROUND
From time to time during the course ofa fiscal year, Airport management has the need to call on the
services of AMRI to assist it with business tasks related to the business operations of the County
Airport System. Typically the lead effort in executing these tasks is handled by one or more
personnel within the finance and administrative staff of the Airport with professional support,
assistance, document preparation and/or guidance and advice being provided by AMRI. These
efforts do not lend themselves to being authorized under an individual task order authorization, but
more appropriately under a general task order authorization since the dollar amounts expended on
any one task would not reach the level which would necessitate or justify preparation of a proposal,
establishing a project budget and reporting system, and the processing of a separate task order,
