These tasks are the types of assignments which individually do not involve a significant and material amount of personnel effort on our part and, therefore, do not lend themselves to authorization under a specified task order authorization. Our proposal and request for a task order is organized as follows: - Background - Scope of Work - Schedule ~ Personnel - Budget BACKGROUND From time to time during the course ofa fiscal year, Airport management has the need to call on the services of AMRI to assist it with business tasks related to the business operations of the County Airport System. Typically the lead effort in executing these tasks is handled by one or more personnel within the finance and administrative staff of the Airport with professional support, assistance, document preparation and/or guidance and advice being provided by AMRI. These efforts do not lend themselves to being authorized under an individual task order authorization, but more appropriately under a general task order authorization since the dollar amounts expended on any one task would not reach the level which would necessitate or justify preparation of a proposal, establishing a project budget and reporting system, and the processing of a separate task order, 446 Ridgemont Drive/fudustry, PA 15052-1938 Mr. Mike Stenson June 12, 2013 Page 2 SCOPE OF WORK The service and fee for any task assigned under this task order will be approved by the Airports Director or his designee. The following are several currently identifiable tasks Airport management has undertaken for which it has sought or will seek AMRI's assistance to supplement staff efforts: 1, Preparation of proposal for new, long-term, joint-use agreement and lease with the United States Air Force. 2, Assistance to Airport management and the County's financial advisor in preparing for and participating in its annual ratings review with Standard & Poor's. 3, Assistance with new Miracle Strip Aviation FBO Lease. 4. — Assistance to Airport management and the County's financial advisor during the process to refund the County's 2003 General Airport Revenue Bonds. Additional individual assignments under this task order will be undertaken as they are approved by the Airports Director. Miscellaneous other support services to Airport staff will be also billed under this task order. SCHEDULES The timetable or schedule for completion of any assigned task will be as established by the Airports Director or as mutually agreed to by the Airports Director and AMRI.
