( j Date: S~ ag 'l(a | Colnty Attorfgy \\é"f’) ¢ - Following Okaloosa County approval: Confract & Grant Document has been received: Date: Conftracts & Grants Manager AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT FOR AIRPORT ADVERTISING (CONTRACT # €96-0071-AP) This AMENDMENT NO. 2 hereby amends Contract # C96-0071-AP, dated May 15, 1996, by and between the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners (the “County”) and Interspace Airport Advertising (the “Concessionaire”} for the display advertising program at the Destin ~ Fort Walton Beach Airport (the “Contract”). WHEREAS, the term of the Contract will expire on May 15, 2016; and WHEREAS, the County is in the process of accomplishing an RFP seeking competitive solicitations for the display advertising services; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows: 1. The Contract shall be extended on a month-to-month basis. 2. Either party may terminate the Contract upon thirty (30) days’ written notice. 3. This AMENDMENT NO.2 shall be effective May 16, 2016.
