BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: January 20, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Rick Owen SUBJECT: Medical Examiner Lease Agreement DEPARTMENT: County Administrator BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff provides the addendum that was omitted on the signed lease agreement with the Medical Examiner’s Office for existing space in Okaloosa County. BACKGROUND: On November 18, 2014, the Board approved a lease agreement with the Medical Examiner’s Office for space in a portion of the old Fort Walton Beach hospital for related work in both Okaloosa and Walton Counties. In addition to the executed lease, the attached document is the referenced addendum in the lease agreement that shows the space utilization and provided for the Board's information.
