BACKGROUND: One response was received for RFQ TDD 61-15 for beach parks janitorial services. The response was reviewed by the Selection Committee and found to be fully responsive. The annual cost of $142,707 is 3% more than the current contract and budgeted amount of $138,549. This contract renewal will be presented to the Tourist Development Council at its December 10 meeting. OPTIONS: Approve or Deny RECOMMENDATION: Approve a one-year contract (January - December 2016) with Horizons of Okaloosa County for the provision of beach parks janitorial services, with the option of two, one-year renewals. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
