your organization do not qualify for this guarantee. This guarantee is subject to further
limitations and restrictions of your state laws. (3) WCG will not solicit any candidates selected
under this contract for any other position while the candidate is employed with your
organization.

Our firm will continue to seek candidates for your organization until the Board is satisfied that
they have a highly qualified and well-vetted slate of candidates for their next County Manager.

Dear Mr. Allen:
Slavin Management Consultants (SMC) is pleased to submit this proposal to conduct an executive search
for Okaloosa County’s next County Administrator. The purpose of this project is to help the Okaloosa
County Board of County Commissioners (Board) to develop and agree to a comprehensive position profile
for County Administrator and then to identify, recruit and present outstanding candidates who meet these
criteria. Once the profile has been developed and approved by the County, we will have no difficulty
identifying quality prospective candidates and becoming immediately productive. It is normal for this type
of search to take between sixty and ninety days
