STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Department of Airports requests approval by the Board of
County Commissioners for a Contract Renewal for Romjue Advertising & Company, Inc., Ms.
Trudy Romjue, for the provision of media buying, marketing, and advertising services for
Okaloosa County's Department and System of Airports. Dist: 1, 2, and 5.
BACKGROUND: On December 4, 2012 the Board approved the Contract with Romjue
Advertising & Company, Inc., for media buying, marketing, and advertising services for the
Okaloosa County Airports. Ms. Romjue requests to renew the Contract. Romjue Advertising &
Company, Inc. is in full compliance with the Contract terms. Ms. Romjue's certificate of
insurance is attached along with the Contract & Lease Internal Coordination Sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the Department of Airports’ recommendation that the Board
approve the requested Contract Renewal for Romjue Advertising & Company, Inc., for the
provision of media buying, marketing, and advertising services for Okaloosa County's
Department and System of Airports. Dist: 1, 2, and 5.
