Good Afternoon Philp,
Please see the attached Amendment for Contract (C15-2223-PW) with HDR Engineering, Inc. for
Engineering Consulting Services for Foy Shaw Parkway project at Bob Sikes Airport. The Original
contract amount is $1,085,904.79 and this amendment will increase the contract by $25,877.71.
Additional borings and muck delineation is required to complete the design. We have an approved
deferred JPA (AR859) “Entrance Road at Bob Sikes Airport” in the amount of $3,804,231.00
FDOT/Match. May we receive your (FDOT) written approval on the attached amendment so we may
include it with the Agenda package requesting the Board’s approval on the Amendment. The
Amendment will be going before the Board on August 16, 2016. Please let us know if you should
have any questions.
