Action Recommended Action : Motion to conduct the annual Organizational Meeting of the Board on November 18, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the School District Administration Meeting. Public Content In November of each year, the Board is required to organize by electing officers and establishing the meeting schedule for the following calendar year. In an election year, the Board is required to conduct the organizational session on the second Tuesday following the general election. As required by statute, the meeting will be held on November 18, 2014. It is proposed that the meeting be held at 6:00 p.m. in the School District Administration Building. It is also proposed that a reception be held at 5:00 p.m. prior to the swearing-in ceremony which will take place at this meeting. Motion & Voting Motion to conduct the annual Organizational Meeting of the Board on November 18, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. in the School District Administration Meeting.
