A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY ALSO KNOWN AS THE
LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH AND FILLING THE POST OF DIRECTOR TEMPORARILY
UNTIL A PERMANENT DIRECTOR IS NAMED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That there is hereby established the position
of Executive Director, Urban Renewal Authority, City of Fort
Walton Beach, Florida, also known as the Local Public Agency.
SECTION II. That the City Manager Winston G. Walker is
temporarily designated to be the Executive Director of this
agency until such time as a full time Director can be employed.
SECTION III. This resoJution shall' take effect immediately
upon its. passage and approval by the Mayor.
