AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1523 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 15e23 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective 30
days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
