SPECIAL MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL HELD ON NOVEMBER 10, 1959.
Meeting was called for the express purpose of considering the salary
of City Manager.
After due consideration, it was moved by Councilman Ready and seconded
by Councilman Roberts that Winston G. Walker, City Manager, be given a
$250.00 per month expense allowance beginning October 1, 1959, and that
his regular salary remain as at present. Vote aye, unanimous.
