AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO ANNEX A TRACT
OF LAND TO SAID CITY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, PROVIDING
THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida
Statues, it is the intention of the City of Fort Walton Beach to
annex a tract of land to said City at the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the first publication of this ordinance after its approval
by the Council and said tract being the following described property:
4 Wedgewood, Lot 6, Block E, Country Club Estates.
700 Country Club Drive, Block C, Lot 1, Country Club
Estates. 607 Country Club Drive, Lot 23 and north
half of Lot 24, Block B, Country Club Estates.
SECTION II. Any objections to the above annexation may be made
in the manner and by those authorized under the aforesaid section of
the Florida Statutes.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
final passage and approval by the City Council and Mayor.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall be published for four (4)
consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the City of Fort

says that (s)he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm or corporation
any discount, rebate, commision or refund for the purpose of securing this
advertisement for publication in the said newspaper.
