At a special meeting of the 01tyn Council of the City-'.
of Fort Walton Beach, the following Resolution was duly made,
seconded and passed, to- wit:
WHEREAS, a plat was formally approved by the ~~ t~
Counc~ l on the 6th day of September, 1955, entitled
Third Addition to Park Place"; and,
WHEREAS, the same ' vlias subsequently recorded in Plat
Book 2 at Page 94 of the Public Records of Okaloosa
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, it was subsequently discovered that there
were dimensional errors in said plat and that the
some
same should be corrected and that the plat above des-
cribed should be vacated,
Na~, THE HE FO RE , BE IT RESOLVED by this Council that
the plat heretofore. approved entitled " Third Addition
to Park Place", \ 1hich said plat has been recorded in
Plat Book 2 at Page 94, be and the same is, hereby
vacated; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by this Council that a plat
enti tIed " A Resubdi vision and !~ hthnentl of the trhird
Addition to Park Place" be, and the swne is, hereby
approved for record, and that the same as exhibited to
this Council fully complies with the laws of the State
of Florida.
I DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the above is
a true and correct copy of a Resolution
that 1'las passed by the ~ t" Council of
the ' C!Lt~ l of Fort ~valton Beach, at a
special meeting held on July 20, 1956.
