Raises Bus Driver substitute hourly rate to the new lowest step per the Education Staff Professional salary schedule previously approved by the Board.  Adds a category named Long Term Temporary Teacher Filling Vacant Teacher Position (20 - 59 Days) - This category allows a school to hire a temporary teacher to fill a vacant teacher position and receive the long term substitute rate upon hire.
