The Comprehensive Fee Schedule as attached and made a part of this resolution by 19 reference is amended as follows: 20 a. City Manager' s Office, by establishing a new fee for FWBTV Dubbing services. 1 23 b. Community Development Services Department 24 1. General, by establishing a new fee for services provided. 25 2. Construction Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 26 3. Mechanical Permit & Inspection, by making a general adjustment to fees. 27 4. Inspecting Boiler, by making a general adjustment to fees. 28 5. Plumbing & Gas Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 29 6. Electrical Permit, by making a general adjustment to fees. 30 7. Site Plan Review, by making a general adjustment to fees. 31 8. Planning & Zoning, by making a general adjustment to fees. 32 9. Miscellaneous, by making a general adjustment to fees. 33 10. CRA, by establishing new fees for site plan review, site plan amendment review, 34 site plan extension review, site plan after-the- fact amendment review. 35 36 c. Fire Department 37 1. The City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule for the Golf Club Fees as attached and made 12 a part of this resolution by reference are amended as follows: 13 14 a. Membership, by decreasing fees for County residents and establishing a new six month 15 membership. 16 17 b. Play Card, by establishing a new, lower rate for members and a new twelve month non- 18 member play card, and by eliminating seven month non- member play card. 19 20 c. Bulk Purchase, by establishing a new package for condominiums and rental agencies. 21 22 d. Twilight, by establishing a new nine hole rate. 23 24 e. Family Member Play, by establishing a new family member rate. 25 26 27 Section II. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with the tenns of this resolution are 28 repealed; 29 30 Section ITI.
