The Resolution provided for amendment of the fee schedule from time to time by Resolution of City Council. Discussion In conjunction with preparing the FY 2007- 08 budget, staff has reviewed fee- based services and evaluated the fees based upon the cost to provide the program or service. Comparison of fees with surrounding localities was also considered during the fee analysis. Recommendations for fee adjustments are based upon this information. Attached hereto is the City' s Comprehensive Fee Schedule, a detailed listing of City Services and Programs with existing and proposed rates.
