Upon inquiry by Mr. Boyles, Mr. Autrey stated this was existing,
not new, right-of-way that the developer worked in.

new infrastructure comes into the county’s maintenance program.
He said they would like to limit what the county takes in during
the development process.
Mr. Hofstad stated this 1is an ongoing concern, emphasizing we
must strike a balance. He stated we do not want to ke over-
handed and force a MSBU on property owners, again saying we must
develop a balance.
Mr. Boyles suggested Mr. Goodwin meet with staff to work through
these issues, saying it could be a future agenda item.

said he is not looking at limitations but options.
