An Executive Session of the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was held on Monday, May 7, 2001 at
5: 30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, with the following members present

Mayor Glenda Glover
Councilmen: Clay Carnathan, Janet Baggett,Jim Dowling (arrived 5:38 p.m.),Jim Tucker, Wayne Pullen, and
Mike Anderson.
Absent:Chuck Kelley
Also Present: Reid Silverboard, City Manager; Mark Wiltsie, Human Resource Director; Mike Burton, Chief
Accountant; Deputy Fire Chief Mike Dutton, and Mike Mattimore and Robert Larkin, Labor Attorneys with
Allen, Norton & Blue.
