ORDINANCE NO, LOOSE
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY
OF FORT WALTON BEACH FROM R-1 TO R-~2 AND FROM R-1A
to R-2 AND FROM R-1 TO R-2, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE
DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described property in the
City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from R-1A to R-2:
Blocks C, D and E, Victoria Gardens Sub-
division, a resubdivision of Units No. 3
and 4 according to the plat thereof recorded
in the official records in and for Okaloosa
County, Florida.
SECTION 2. The following property is hereby rezoned
from R-1 to R-2:
Lots61, 145, 146, 147, 149 ana 150, Ocean City
Subdivision, Okaloosa County, Florida.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall take effect 30 days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
