BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: February 17, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Ed Schroeder SUBJECT: PM TO 151 Revised DEPARTMENT: Tourist Development Department BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval for Chairman to sign revised Task Order 151 titled FY15 SMP Groups Packages Pass-Through Costs, contract C12-2007-TDC Peter A Mayer Advertising. BACKGROUND: The Board adopted a revised FY 2014-2015 Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP) on February 3, 2015. The revised SMP constitutes a general allocation of expenditures but does not constitute the authorization for the expenditure of those funds. Media purchases are authorized pursuant to the County task order process. This task order is being updated to reflect the revised FY 2014-2015 Strategic Marketing Plan adopted by the Board on February 3, 2015. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve revised Peter Mayer task order 151 titled FY15 SMP Groups Packages Pass-Through Costs in the amount of $86,184, and authorize the Chairman to sign.
