BACKGROUND FACTS: The owner of the property described in this ordinance has submitted a request to rezone this property, and A public hearing has been held after "due public notice" before the Municipal Planning Board of Fort Walton Beach, which meeting occured on June 5, 1984; the Municipal Planning Board has recommended the request by the owners be approved, and A public hearing under this same "due public notice" has been held before the City Council on June 12, 1984, and D. This property is located on Wright Parkway legally described below in Metes & Bounds, Considering all of the above, 4t is ORDAINED: SECTION 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from C-2 to R-2: Wright Parkway - Commence at the NW corner of Victoria Gardens, a re-subdivision of Units 3 & 4, Section 15, Township 258, Range 24 West, Oakloosa County, Fl and run Westerly, a distance 350.0 ft. to a point; thence run South 510.0 ft. to the point of beginning; thence run in a Southerly direction a distance of 765.53 ft. to a point; thence run East a distance of 350.0 ft. to a point, said point being the S.W. corner of the aforesaid subdivision; thence run North a distance of 765.53. ft. to a point; thence run West a distance of 350.0 to the point of beginning, all of said lands herein described, approximately 6.15 acres.
