RESOLUTION 51-6
WHEREAS, The Town has now completed the current water extension
program, and
WHEREAS, the construction cost actually amounted to $193,561.87,
and,
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $193,000.00 available to pay constr-
uction is not sufficient to pay cost of construction in
full, and
WHEREAS, this debt is an obligation of the Water Department,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town
Council of Fort Walton, Floridas
le That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to pay the sum
of $561.87, being the deficit in Water Construction
Fund, from the Water Department Operating Fund.
