o_o ole) City of Fort Walton Beach HOME OF THE OOmC6E Score Rp hls, 87-31 A RESOLUTION FINDING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 42 ARIZONA DRIVE, LOT 5, BLOCK 10, PARK PLACE 3RD ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH VIOLATES SECTION 1880.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES, DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO SERVE NOTICE UPON THE OWNERS TO COMPLY AFTER SERVICE OF NOTICE AND UPON FAILURE THEREOF TO CORRECT THE CONDITION AND IMPOSE A LIEN UPON SAID PROPERTY, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I: That the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida finds that the following described property: Lot 5, Block 10, Park Place 3rd Addition, 42 Arizona Drive, Ms. Wanda Mitchell, owner of said property, violates Section 1880.01, Prohibited Conditions; Declaration of Nuisance and that said property has been posted in accordance with Section 1880.02 of the City Code of Ordinance and given twenty (20) days in which to clean-up this property. SECTION IT: That a lien be placed on said property for cost of cleaning-up property. SECTION JIT: That the City Manager shall proceed to have said property cleaned-up with a cost of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) imposed thereon all in accordance with Section 1880.02 and 1880.04. SECTION IV: That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the Council and signature by the Mayor.
