The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the community and is responsible to the City Council, for policy execution and the proper administration of all City affairs as prescribed by law. The City Manager provides information and recommends policies and procedures to the City Council. The City Manager is supported by staff within the department which includes an Executive Secretary.
