Using USB Converter
When connecting MicrofilmScanner300/350 to the computer, below USB Converter can be used in
addition to the SCSI connections mentioned on Page 18 of Instruction manual.

e USB converters other than the above-mentioned may not be compatible.
e Multiple scanners connected in a daisy chain is not supported. if you want to connect
multiple scanners, please use SCSI connection as described on Page 19 of Instruction
manual.
When scanning in high-resolution mode using USB converter, the scanning speed
may be slower compared to when connected with SCSI.
Switch on the MS300/350 connected to the computer before you switch on the
computer. Otherwise, the MS300/350 may not operate properly.
