A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH
TO ENTER INTO ARCHITECT SERVICE CONTRACT
WITH R. R. MOORE, ARCHITECT, FOR PUBLIC
WORKS PROJECT, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
SECTION I. The City Manager on Behalf of the City of
Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is hereby authorized to enter into
the attached contract with R. R. Moore, Architect, for architectural
services on the following project:
Construct bathroom, pavilion, walkways, haul
in fill at Jackson Park recreation area as
outlinedin Local Public Works Capital Develop-
ment and Investment Project Application FWB-3.
SECTION II. This resolution being of an administrative
nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its

passage and approval by the Mayor.
