A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PERFORMING
ARTS COMMITTEE OF THE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, BY INCREASING MEMBERSHIP TO
NO MORE THAN TEN (10) MEMBERS,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the Performing Arts Committee shall
consist of no more than ten (10) members.
SECTION II. This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon approval by Council and signature by the
Mayor.
