ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE VACATING LYING BETWEEN CERTAIN No. (OC. ne AND ABANDONING THE ALLEY | LOTS LOCATED IX} THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, WITH CERTAIN PROVISIONS, — PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1.That the portion of the alley lying between the following described lots is hereby vacated and abandoned: Lots 54, 55, 56, 57 and Lots 4o, 41, 42 and 43 and Lots 37, 38, 39, 58, 59, and 60, Ocean City Subdivision SECTION 2. That the City hereby retains an easement in the said alley for the purpose of running any utility lines, Pipes or wires through the said alley. SECTION 3.
