RESOLUTION 9#&/E
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Walton Beach, County of
Okaloosa, has reviewed the TOPICS Program prepared by H.W.
Lochner, Inc., Consulting Engineers, to improve capacity and
safety on the highway and street systems serving the Urban areas
around and including the City of Fort Walton Beach.
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Walton Beach having reviewed
the Program as submitted by H. W. Lochner, Inc. to the Department
of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration is in
agreement with the Department of Transportation and the Federal
Highway Administration that the Program will improve capacity and
safety, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Fort
Walton Beach that the City accept the Program as submitted by
H. W. Lochner, Inc.
THEREFORE, the City of Fort Walton Beach does hereby
approve the Program as submitted to the Department of Transportation
and the Federal Highway Administration.
ADOPTED this 11th day of _ June , 1974.
