am RESOLUTION NO. 82-12 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND FEE-RELATED REGULATIONS FOR THE FORT WALTON BEACH LIBRARY, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That fees and related regulations for the Fort Walton Beach Library shall be listed as listed in Attachment 1, which jis attached hereto and made a part of this resolution. SECTION 2. Borrowers outside the city limits of the City of Fort Walton Beach may be issued a borrower's card upon payment of a twenty-five ($25.00) per year library fee per family. Nonresident individuals sixty-two (62) years of age and older, or a nonresident couple (husband and wife) both of whom are sixty-two (62) years of age and older, will be charged an annual fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for a borrower's card or cards. Nonresidents may also be issued a one month borrower's card or cards which are renewable two (2) times not to exceed a period of three (3) months, for a monthly charge of five dollars ($5.00) per family. Nonresidents, to be eligible for these fees, must reside in that portion of Okaloosa County south of the Shoal River. 2. Fines: Fines shall be charged for overdue library materials as follows: One dollar (a) Four cents ($0.04) per day per adult book. (b). Four cents ($0.04) per day per record. (c) Two cents ($0.02) per day per juvenile book.
