Paul Sirmans, Esq., has no scheduled commitments that in any way should conflict with the meetings scheduled for the City. Mr. Sirmans has standing meetings with the Early Learning Coalition, 'but those meetings are held in the mornings and to the best of his knowledge will not conflict with the meetings scheduled for the City. Due to the fact that there are a number of back- up attorneys, if for some reason Mr. Sirmans' is unable to attend the meetings for the City, there is an abundance of attorneys that will gladly step in and attend a meeting or handle any matter in his absence should the need arise. The proposed hourly rate charged for ail attorney services will be $ 175. 00 an hour which would include normal travel to and from City meetings which is de minimis given the proximity of our firm' s office location. Any travel outside of Okaioosa County would then be billed separately. Also billed separately would be any cost incurred on behalf of the City including but not limited to court filing fees, court reporter services, etc. There may be a future conflict based upon Mr. McInnis' representation of the School Board in a matter regarding Storm Water Fees if current negotiations between the parties are not successful, and that conflict will be addressed if necessary.
